Lumi-Plugin^® Downlights were installed throughout all apartments and communal spaces of Penny House to enhance and streamline the clean, uncluttered lines of each luxury home.

Designed with a 100° beam angle, Lumi-Plugin^®’s compact and clever design ensures more light floods each space, so less downlights were required overall.

Evenly spaced and expertly positioned for optimum brightness, each downlight also cleverly concealed Sprinkler heads, Smoke alarms and Heat alarms in the apartments, and Emergency Lighting and PIR sensors in the communal spaces, to significantly reduce the ceiling fixtures and fittings – one product fits any plugin to maximise space efficiency.

Quick and easy installation and wireless integration ensured this development was completed on time and with a flawless finish.
